Standard Cancellation Window:
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 24 hours before check-in (4:00 PM on your arrival date).

‍Late Cancellation or No-Show Policy:
For cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows, a fee equivalent to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged.

‍Non-Refundable Bookings:
Certain promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable. These reservations cannot be modified or cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.

‍Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly hotel! We welcome pets in designated rooms for a small nightly fee, which will be charged upon check-in.Guests must clean up after their pets, and keep pets on a leash in all public areas of the property.

‍Smoking Policy: Little Beach Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or within the building. Designated smoking areas are available.

‍Sauna and Cold Therapy: Wellness Area and Sauna hours: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Sauna sessions must be booked through our Guest Services.

‍Damage & Incidentals: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay or violations of these policies. A credit card hold may be placed upon check-in to cover incidental charges or damages.

‍Liability: Little Beach Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay.
