• Full payment for your entire stay is made at time of booking.
• Reservations: Bookings are accepted via email at info@littlebeachresort.com or by phone at 250-726-4202. Our office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week.
• Room Capacity: We accommodate singles and couples only, with a maximum of 2 people per room. Each room is equipped with one queen bed.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is between 4:00PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet time is observed between 9:00PM and 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Parking: One parking stall is guaranteed perrental unit.
• No Pets and No Smoking: Our property maintains astrict no-pets and no-smoking policy to ensure the comfort of all guests.
• Amenities: Guests have access to our wellness facilities, including a sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor cold shower.
• Cancellation Notice: A minimum of one month's notice prior to the check-in date is required for a full refund of the deposit, minus a $100 administration fee.
• Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than one month's notice will result in forfeiture of the total reservation.
• Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to their plans.
• Damage Fees: Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. Charges will apply for repair or replacement as necessary.
· Excessive Cleaning Fee: A $350 excessive cleaning fee will be charged if the room is left in an unsatisfactory state requiring extensive cleaning.
