Fishing Guests
If you are coming fishing
please note the following:

• All fishing related gear is to be stored in your vehicle at all times.
• No fish cleaning on site or in rooms; fish are to be processed and packages before returning to resort.
• No boats or trailer on property
• No freezers on property.
• No coolers stored outside of rooms.
• We do provide a storage area for coolers.
• In town processing and freezing available at Far West Food.

Little Beach Resort Policies

• All rates are based on double occupancy, and are subject to all applicable taxes (GST 5%, Hotel Tax 8%), and may change without notice.

• A specific unit may be requested, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

• Deposit Requirements: In order to confirm each reservation, a deposit equivalent to your first night’s rental is required.

• Cancellation Policy: 5 days’ notice is required for a deposit refund, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations less than the above notice are non-refundable.

• We Provide: Clean towels daily; Garbage removal daily; Complete bedding change on the 4^th day of your stay.

• We Do Not Provide: Daily bed making services; Dishwashing services

• Check-In Time is 3 pm or later. If you anticipate your arrival after 8 pm, please contact the office in advance so that we may make appropriate arrangements.

• Check-Out Time is 11:00 am.

• Office Hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

• Little Beach Resort is an entirely non-smoking establishment. Smoking in the guest rooms will result in a cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted outside only, please.

• Sorry, pets are not permitted at any time on this property, this includes “in vehicles” parked on this property.
